We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive within Gogh Solutions, this role will report to the Managing Director. While this position is remote, successful candidates will be expected to travel up to 50%, based on the needs of the sales cycle and opportunity pursuits.

Role Overview:

This role is focused on leading and driving Gogh Solutions’ sales pipeline and growth in the North American business space, with the possibilities of expansion into Europe and Asia. The responsibilities of this role will be focused on generating leads, converting leads to opportunities, managing, and driving their sales opportunities through the sales pipeline to a closed won, reporting and updating Executives.

 On a typical day an Account Executive would: 

  • Support the development of sustainable sales in the following markets:

Primary Industries:

  • Service Industries
  • Telecommunications

Secondary Industries:

  • Manufacturing
  • Construction and Engineering
  • Energy, Utilities, and Resources
  • Work with our partner (IFS) channel to leverage and develop leads and opportunities.
  • Generate sales opportunities that lead to an increase in sales volume to achieve and/or exceed sales targets!
  • Apply resourceful business development and relationship management skills to support the achievement of target level revenues through the sale of our holistic digital transformation solutions.
  • Leverage our Customer Relationship Management system to identify and generate sales opportunities, ensuring optimal effectiveness in the profitable delivery of commercial products and services.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Information Technology or other
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 Must have proficiencies:   

  • 10 years of Sales experience in comparable industries
  • 3+ years’ experience selling Field Service solutions to Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • 3+ years’ experience articulating business value through Field Service solutions that resulted in new business.
  • Demonstrated network within the Field Service ecosystem covering multiple segments including Enterprise.
  • Established contacts and proven track record of selling within the Field Service sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales opportunities to successful closure.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to make effective client presentations.
  • In-depth business acumen in Information and Technology
  • Ability to assume more responsibilities over time.

Gogh solutions is looking to hire a dynamic and dedicated professional with rich experience in IFS applications. The Senior technical consultant will be at the forefront of IFS implementations as part of a Global team of professionals.

Role overview

The Senior technical consultant is responsible for configuring/ customizing/ integrating IFS applications to meet unique business requirements. They translate client needs into technical solutions using their expertise and experience in the IFS application. The Senior Technical consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction by delivering high quality documentation, configuration, and development on time and within the confines of the functional specifications.

The Senior technical consultant needs to be experienced with all the modules of the IFS applications that they can match the baseline process to the expected technical outcome.

The Senior Technical consultant should have worked on an implementation or an upgrade project using the latest IFS Cloud.

On a typical day the Senior Technical Consultant’s would:

  • Work closely with Clients, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to understand needs defined by the Architects and translate them into technical solutions using the capabilities in IFS.
  • Receive functional specifications from the Business analysts (BA) / Solution Architect’s (SA) and translate to technical solutions.
  • Own and document the technical solution in technical design document(s).
  • Conduct and/or participate in workshops based on discussions
  • Provide training to customers and/or customer’s IT team.
  • Provide demo or walkthrough to client of the implemented functionality with SA’s assistance.
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Participate and/or conduct configuration planning, design, and build phase meetings both internally and with the Customer.
  • Be responsible for configurating the IFS application to the functional and technical requirements.
  • Keep up to date with latest IFS releases and developments through IFS Learning Academy training and hands-on with the latest releases.
  • Complete IFS Upgrades, both minor and major as well as IFS releases patches following/updating documented procedures.
  • Support pre-sales activities through technical support.
  • Provide guidance on technical solutions / workarounds/ make credible technical recommendations and estimates based on client needs/ project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Management/Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mathematics or related field.

You will serve as a trusted consultant to our customers, driving the planning and execution of Statement of Works (SOWs) while maintaining and strengthening client relationships. Your expertise in project management, consulting, and client engagement will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

On a typical day a Senior Project Manager would: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of SOWs outlining the full project implementation blueprint.
  • Coordinate and manage large scale, enterprise level, professional services delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan in a proactive and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project managing implementations, preferably in the Workforce Management space.
  • At least 5 years of experience within a Consulting organization working directly on external Customer projects.

 Must have proficiencies:   

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly working closely with high-touch IT customers undergoing transformation projects within enterprise companies.
  • IT project experience as a consultant implementing software.
  • Ability and fearlessness to work in an environment where the implementation processes and methodologies are flexible and adapted to the Customer and situation.
  • Strong ability to align with the customer’s vision and adjust project timelines accordingly, while maintaining core milestone and deliverable due dates.
