With over 20 years in IT consulting, I blend my passion for technology with strategic leadership to drive transformative success. Starting at IBM in systems and application development, I gained a strong foundation in scalable and secure IT infrastructures. Joining Diabsolut expanded my expertise in delivering field service solutions across industries like telecommunications, energy, and home services. At Diabsolut I had the opportunity to lead multi-million-dollar digital transformations, teaching me the power of aligning technology with business strategy and empowering teams to deliver value. Now as Managing Director of Gogh Solutions, I focus on building innovative, high-performing teams that help Clients achieve lasting success.

Bryan’s Bio

I began my career in Toronto, Ontario, with an administrative role at Consumers Gas (now Enbridge) in the late 1980s. My interest in technology led me to evening courses, where I saw how tech solutions could improve efficiency. This insight guided my move into IT and project management in the early 1990s, focusing on optimizing field operations. I later took on roles in Planning and Dispatch, deploying technology for field staff during the Y2K transition. I rose to Director of IT for Enbridge Home Services, eventually Direct Energy and then Enercare, aligning tech with business needs. In 2009, a connection with Joe Diab led me to Diabsolut and eventually Gogh Solutions, where I remain dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through effective tech solutions.

Ben’s Bio

After college, I thought my path was set—taking over the family business. But when economic challenges forced a change in plans, I found myself carving a new journey. I started in procurement, then transitioned into operations, warehousing, and logistics, gaining a solid foundation in managing complex systems. Everything changed when I stepped into Service Management, tasked with leading a call center and field service organization. It was here that I discovered my passion for software. My first big challenge? Finding the perfect tool to transform the service team. I chose IFS Metrix, led a lightning-fast two-week implementation, and saw the organization thrive like never before. After a company buyout, I followed my passion for implementation and joined IFS as a consultant, traveling the world as a Solution Architect. While I briefly returned to work on the customer side, I couldn’t resist the thrill of driving transformational projects. Today, as part of the IFS partner network, I bring decades of industry experience to every project, helping businesses innovate and succeed.

I studied Biochemistry in Ottawa but quickly realized I was meant to collaborate with people, not microorganisms! My journey began at Canadian Blood Services, where I standardized processes, trained teams, and discovered my passion for project management. Since then, I’ve led complex projects across industries like finance, construction, gaming, and e-commerce, delivering ERP solutions, driving digital transformations, and guiding organizations through change. Now at Gogh Solutions, I leverage my expertise in software delivery and PMO development to exceed client expectations, blending structure, creativity, and problem-solving in a role I truly love.
