Job Overview:

We are seeking a Global Head of Sales to Lead Growth in North America to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional value to our clients.

As a Global Head of sales at Gogh Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team throughout the Sales Pipeline by nurturing and exploring leads and opportunities, as well as providing expertise and demonstrating the value of the IFS software solutions to prospective clients. You will work closely with Sales Representatives, Product Owners/Managers, and Customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a successful sales process. The Global Head of sales for the IFS product suite, includes ERP, EAM/Service, will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and managing a sales team focused on selling complex solutions to field service companies and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to drive revenue growth within the IFS market segments. This includes hiring and onboarding new sales professionals, coaching existing team members, and establishing sales best practices to ensure performance excellence.
  • The Sales Lead will also develop scalable sales training programs and play a pivotal role in refining the company’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Gogh Solutions’ expertise in ERP, Field Service Management (FSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Focus on acquiring and expanding accounts within key industries such as telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, and field service operations.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and operational leaders in asset-intensive organizations to position Gogh Solutions as a strategic IFS implementation partner.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and work closely with them to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Use your expertise in IFS to position the right solutions to address customer needs, ensuring successful sales outcomes.
  • Identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships with IFS and industry stakeholders.
  • Balance new business development (hunting) with account expansion (farming) by implementing data-driven lead scoring and engagement strategies.
  • Leverage the IFS partner ecosystem to drive co-selling opportunities and expand Gogh Solutions’ market presence.
  • Maintain a robust and predictable sales pipeline, ensuring full visibility into deal progress and expected close rates. Track and report key sales metrics, including:
  • Annual revenue targets and quota attainment
  • Pipeline growth and deal velocity
  • Win/loss ratios and average deal size
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Provide data-backed sales forecasts to senior leadership and continuously refine the sales strategy based on performance insights
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring win-win outcomes and long-term customer satisfaction.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on high-impact, long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct strategic needs assessments and facilitate solution demonstrations tailored to customer pain points.
  • Lead the consultative sales process, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Gogh Solutions’ implementation expertise in IFS ERP, FSM, and EAM solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to tailor solutions to specific client requirements.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) and trial engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the professional service and IFS product management teams to stay informed about new features, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales support.
  • Provide insights and feedback from prospects to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and maintain presales materials, including presentations, product demos, and technical collateral.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on ERP, FSM, and/or IFS solutions.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that lead to increased revenue.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP, FSM, and IFS technologies and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with field service management or industrial financial systems is a plus.
  • Industry-specific certifications or training in ERP/FSM/IFS solutions.
