Ben brings over 35 years of field service experience and over 25 years of experience with the IFS applications as a customer as well as a consultant.  He has a track record of transforming clients’ requirements to provide for improved efficiencies and bottom-line functionality in both B2B and B2C service arenas.  When Ben is not working, he enjoys boating, camping, and anything outdoors, except the Texas heat!
