Position: Sales Account Manager – Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management
Location: Canada (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, hunter-focused Sales Account Manager to drive new customer acquisition in the Field Service and Enterprise Asset Management technology space. This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals early in their careers who thrive on prospecting, competition, and closing new logos.
You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to deal close selling modern SaaS solutions that help organizations improve asset performance, field service efficiency, and operational visibility. This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for growth into senior sales or leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, demos, negotiation, and close
- Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn/social selling, and referrals
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with consistent 3–5x quota coverage
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations to technical and business stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to close new logo deals
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including opportunity updates and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to support deal execution and handoff
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer use cases in FSM and EAM markets
This role requires periodic travel to support project and stakeholder needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role is measured by clear, objective metrics, including:
- New revenue closed (monthly and quarterly quota attainment)
- New logos acquired
- Pipeline coverage (3–5x quota)
- Outbound activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
- Qualified meetings booked
- Win rate and average deal size
- CRM accuracy and forecast reliability
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of B2B technology sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Demonstrated success in a hunter or outbound-focused sales role
- Experience selling into Field Service, Operations, or Enterprise Software environments is a plus
